Caring for Health at Evergreen Park

Our December event at Evergreen Park was a huge success! With a mixture of faces  familiar and new, this efficient group of volunteers removed much of the blackberry dominating the entrance to the wooded trail system.

The efforts of these volunteers will not only directly impact the woods by creating a more diverse habitat, but it will also greatly effect on the surrounding community by contributing to the upkeep of a safe environment for nature exploration and non-competitive physical activity.

We would like to thank all the volunteers that came out to help with these efforts in the woods, and Whole Foods Market Tanasbourne for providing healthy refreshments at this event!
Interested in joining the fun in the woods? Our next two events are scheduled for February 28th and March 28th. Email us at info@resourcesforhealth.org to get involved!
