Evergreen Park Update

Last Saturday, we had amazing group of volunteers in the woods of Evergreen Park! We mainly focused our efforts in an area that was thickly overgrown with the invasive blackberry. In just the first hour and a half of the event we had cleared the thicket, and we used the remaining hour to re-vegetate the cleared area with native trees and shrubs such as Oregon Grape and Alder.

A special thanks to the City of Hillsboro, SOLVE, Daisy Troop 40161 and all of the fantastic volunteers that joined us out in the woods on this beautiful Saturday morning!

Interested in joining the fun? Join us for our next events on March 28th and April 18th (Solve It Earth Day)! Hope to see you there!
